Our logo is a representation of our brand and our mission. SummerSet is a brand made for women who love the beach. Our products are made with recycled plastics to reduce the pollution in our oceans and on our beaches ensuring our beaches are safe and beautiful for generations to come.
Elements: Our logo is a depiction of a beach sunset. Using a gradient as our background we are able to create this feel, as it gives the feeling of the sun slowly dipping under the waves which leaves a gradient image in the sky. Using black as our outline and text color allows for our logo to pop as the dark lines and brand name help the details within the logo stand out on the light background.
Colors: Pink is a color associated with femininity as well as charm, the simplicity of the design helps add to the charming aspect of the logo and our brand. Yellow adds a sense of warmth, happiness and optimism. These traits help to portray the idea of summer as warmth and happiness are often associated with the season. Optimism is an idea that explains our mission as we are trying to create a better future outlook for our beaches and oceans. Black is a very classic and bold color, this makes our logo and all of its design elements clear and legible.
Typography: Using the font Amatic SC throughout our website and in our logo creates a very charming, simple and natural feel. This font looks as though it is hand written giving that natural feel helping to convey the natural theme of the brand. A hand written font is also very charming something that was important for the brand to convey.
